Diffuse gallbladder wall thickening.

Case Discussion

Diffuse gallbladder wall thickening which is seen in a patient with acute B hepatitis.

A thickened gallbladder wall measures more than 3 mm, at CT frequently contains a hypodense layer of subserosal edema that mimics pericholecystic fluid 1.
