60 year old male presents with left sided knee pain for investigation. (Knee AP view only available). Prior radiographs of the ankle and C-spine were obtained for non-specific pain.

Cervical spine X ray shows calcification alone the anterior longitudinal ligament and the nuchal ligament. Also anterior osteophytes (kissing osteophytes) are seen.
