Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

There is calcification of anterior longitudinal ligament resulting in an irregular melting candle wax like calcified mass anterior to the C3 to T4 vertebrae, with normal appearing intervertebral disc spaces suggests diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis. The posterior element of spine is characteristically spared.
