Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH)

Pelvis:
- right-sided pelvic tilt
- status post laminectomy at the L4 and L5 levels
- enthesophytes at the iliac crest and ischial tuberosities
Cervical spine lateral view:
- osteopenia
- ossification of the anterior longitudinal ligament from C2 to C7 levels
Dorso-lumbar spine lateral view:
- osteopenia
- status post laminectomy at L3, L4, L5 levels
- anterolisthesis (grade 1) of L4 over L5
- soft tissue ossification of the anterior longitudinal ligament from Th10 to L5
- disc height reduction L4-5 and L5-S1

Findings favor diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis - DISH.
