Anterior flowing osteophytes extending from C4 downwards.

Cervical spine shows anterior flowing osteophytes from C4 downwards, in keeping with diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis.

Ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament at C2-C4 level and C6/7 levels as well as lower dorsal and upper lumbar regions.

Case Discussion

X-rays, CT and MRI of a patient demonstrating changes consistent with diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH) as well as thoracic ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL).
