Diffuse large B cell lymphoma

Circumferential submucosal irregular thickening of the pylorus (length = 40 mm, thickness = 10 mm) with small rounded peripyloric lymph nodes (diameter < 7 mm) as well as para-aortic lymphadenopathy (short axis = 12 mm).
Small simple hepatic cysts are noted as well as splenic capsular calcification (incidental findings).
Case Discussion
The patient went to have an upper GI endoscopy with biopsy that confirm the diagnosis of a diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
