Uterus is diffusely bulky with multiple T2 hyperintense cystic spaces within and loss of junctional zone. These findings are suggestive of adenomyosis of the uterus. Uterus is extending superiorly upto umbilicus ( L4-5 intervertebral disc level), causing lateral displacement of the bowel loops and inferiorly indenting on the urinary bladder.

There is well defined T2 heterogeneously hyperintense/ T1 hypointense lesion noted in vaginal cavity with pedicle in anterior wall of the cervix, findings are suggestive of pedunculated cervical polyp.
