Bulky uterus with innumerable subserosal, intramural, submucosal T1 and T2 low signal intensity lesions with ill defined margins across the entire uterus.
Intrauterine device within the endometrial canal is appreciated.
Case Discussion
Features are compatible with diffuse uterine leiomyomas. In such cases, the uterus is not capable of conception as well as hormonal therapy is not helpful, thus hysterectomy may be required.
