Presentation
Post injury sequelae which affected 21, in a 7 years old male patient, after a traumatic exarticulation of corresponding 61 that occurred when he was 3 years old. Successively, tooth 21 turned out to be included.

21 hypoplastic and ectopic with crown directed cranially and forward towards to the palate.
The root is angled upwards.

Case Discussion
Dilaceration is an abnormal angulation or bend in the root and less frequently, the crown of a tooth. Most cases are idiopathic. In limited cases, injury was the first reason.
Trauma can displace the calcified portion of tooth germ so that the non-calcified part of the tooth is formed at an abnormal angle.
