Body was changed:

The chest x-ray reveal globular enlargement of the cardiac shadow. Tec99 Sestamibi cardiac perfusion study demonstrates dilated left ventricular cavity with global hypokinesis (not shown). Poor ejection fraction of 22% was calculated. Features are suggestive of dilated cardiomyopathy, which was confirmed upon reviewing the patient chart.
