Dilated cystic duct remnant

The gallbladder is not seen at the anatomical location due to prior resection. There is an 18 x 28 mm cyst-like lesion in the surgical bed that contains a few small low-signal filling defects.
Intra and extra-hepatic bile ducts appear normal in caliber and signal intensity.
