A discoid lateral meniscus is seen causing overcoverage of the lateral tibial plateau. A horizontal cleavage tear is seen involving entire lateral meniscus with a lobulated parameniscal cyst along its lateral aspect.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with discoid lateral meniscus with horizontal cleavage tear and parameniscal cyst.
