Presentation

History of cataract surgery about 3 months back. Presented with poor vision. Ultrasound requested to localize the intraocular lens.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
Ultrasound

There is a dislocated intraocular lens with temporal side haptic possibly adherent to the capsule or iris. There are no vitreous echoes/ membranes. There is no retinal or choroidal detachment.

Case Discussion

Ultrasound findings of a dislocated intraocular lens without associated vitreous hemorrhage / retinal detachment/ choroid detachment.
