Dislocated radial head

There is disruption of radiocapitellar alignment with superior displacement of radial head, consistent with dislocation of the radial head. A small joint effusion is noted. No fracture.
Case Discussion
The patient had a manipulation under general anesthesia. The radial head was well realigned thereafter.
