Rolled out of bed. Shoulder pain and deformity.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

Left-sided reverse total shoulder replacement, with posterior dislocation of the humerus. No associated acute fracture or hardware complication. Normal alignment of the left acromioclavicular joint.
