Anti-reflux procedure in 1984, now epigastric pain.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
CT

Doughnut-shaped prosthesis (Angelchik) is displaced and sits free beneath the left hemidiaphragm.

Case Discussion

Doughnut-shaped prosthesis (Angelchik) is normally placed around the gastro-esophageal junction (below the diaphragm) to stop hiatus hernia and reflux.
