The 2 dense silicone prostheses have become displaced and now overlap with partial fragmentation of one (arrow) and surrounding reactive effusion (arrow).

Case Discussion

Calf implants are a form of cosmetic surgical procedure.  These silicone implants are surgically implanted in a manner similar to breast augmentation procedures.

The implants may become displaced or damaged as in the breast.
