Pelvic pain.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Transvaginal

ultrasound

Retroverted uterus. IUCD is displaced, positioned in the lower uterine segment and cervix. No endometrial thickening or abnormality. Both ovaries are normal. No pelvic free fluid.
