The endometrial canal is stretched very higher than the normal location reaching the right iliac fossa.
With complimentary ultrasound, large solid uterine mass lesion was identified (Images not available).
Case Discussion
Uterine masses can cause infertility. A fibroid is the most common benign uterine neoplasm.
