Advanced breast cancer.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

The whole of the spine and pelvis is infiltrated with bony metastatic disease.

No cord compression.

Liver metastases.

Case Discussion

The MR appearances of the whole axial skeleton infiltrated with metastases, most commonly observed in prostatic carcinoma in males and breast cancer in females.
