Disseminated tuberculosis in a TB/HIV co-infected child.

Case Discussion

Patient in southern Africa diagnosed with disseminated HIV-associated tuberculosis by means of focused assessment with sonography for HIV-associated tuberculosis (FASH) using a low-cost ultrasound device. Microbiological confirmation of TB from respiratory specimen.
