Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Miliary micronodules in the lung bases. 

Ascites, peritoneal and bowel serosal thickening and nodularity, and extensive low-attenuation mesenteric and retroperitoneal adenopathy.

Disseminated tuberculosis infection with miliary lung disease and peritonitis manifesting with peritoneal thickening, serosal thickening, peritoneal nodularity, and characteristic low-attenuation adenopathy.
