Disseminated tuberculous infection with miliary disease, lymphadenitis, and colitis

Presentation

Abdominal pain for 1 month.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Miliary nodules in lung bases. 

Extensive abdominopelvic adenopathy essentially in all distributions with low attenuation, with very large conglomerates in the mesentery. Ascites. Pancolitis with a lobulated, irregular appearance and enhancement particularly in the cecum and ascending colon.
