Bony tunnel with endobutton in the region of the radial tuberosity in keeping with a distal biceps brachii tendon repair.
Case Discussion
- distal biceps brachii tendon rupture is uncommon, accounting for ~3% of biceps tendon injuries
- repair (as above) using an endobutton repair is gaining popularity due to decreased post-operative complications such as nerve damage and radio-ulnar synostosis
