Right sided internal jugular CVL sits with the tip in the SVC. Left sided pacemaker in situ with no evidence of lead fracture. Surgical clips in the superior mediastinum in keeping with recent parathyroidectomy. Atelectasis within the base of the right lung. Cardiomediastinal contours are normal given the AP projection.
Erosion of the distal clavicles consistent with history of hyperparathyroidism.
Case Discussion
Great example of erosions of the distal clavicles, in this case from hyperparathyroidism.
