minimally displaced fracture in the lateral third of the clavicle accompanied by bone marrow edema
mild capsular hypertrophy along with acromioclavicular joint
intact acromioclavicular and coracoclavicular ligaments
subacromial/subdeltoid bursal effusion
type II acromion
articular side partial tear along with supraspinatus tendon foot print posterior fibers and infraspinatous tendon mid to superior fibers
abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal along with the subscapularis tendon fibers related to tendinosis

Typical appearances of a distal clavicular fracture and classified as type B1 according to AO classification of clavicular fractures.
