Presentation

Rolled left ankle.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Spiral fracture of the distal fibula with associated soft tissue swelling. 

Further more clearly delineated the distal fibular fracture (Weber B) and also demonstrate a posterior malleolus fracture.
