Patient fell down from height (2 m). Now severe pain in the right elbow.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Comminuted fracture in the distal right humerus (low transcondylar fractures) as Mehne & Matta classification.

Case Discussion

A distal humerus fracture is one of the commonest fractures among young adults and which accounts for about 30% of all elbow fractures. 

These kinds of fractures need surgical treatment.
