Presentation

One week history of elbow pain post unwitnessed fall

Patient Data

Age: 3 years
Gender: Female

Disruption of cortex to posterior distal humerus is noted with slight posterior angulation (loss of normal anterior humeral alignment) and a small visible posterior fat pad.

Case Discussion

A 3 yr old child presented one week post injury with painful elbow, seemed to have full ROM and not in discomfort but complained of pain when using arm.
