Nodules felt at the distal middle fingers. Degenerative changes?

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

 Osteophytes and joint space narrowing affecting a few of the distal interphalangeal joint (DIPJ), mainly the third fingers. 

Case Discussion

Features are suggestive of osteoarthritis and corresponding to Heberden nodes clinically.
