Presentation

Alleged crushing injury to distal phalanx of left little finger, sustained yesterday afternoon at home following accidental crushing between door and its frame. On examination: pain and swelling involving distal phalanx of left little finger.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

X-ray shows fracture at the distal phalanx of the left little finger as seen on the lateral view.

Case Discussion

Any traumatic injury, at least two different X-ray position should be taken.
