Presentation

Alleged history of crush injury to left big toe , sustained 3 days back following accidental falling of heavy object over it's dorsal aspect. On local examination pain and swelling involving left big toe, laceration with skin blister over dorsal aspect of proximal phalanx of left big toe , subungual hematoma , bony crepitus.

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Distal phalanx comminuted fracture is noted 

Proximal phalanx vertical fracture with intraarticular extension is noted

Soft tissue swelling
