Age: 90-95 years
Gender: Male

Fractured intra-articular undisplaced distal radius.

Both tricscaphe (STT joint) and the first CMC joint demonstrate typical signs of osteoarthritis.

Case Discussion

It is uncommon to see both STT and first CMC joint osteoarthritis together.
