There is a bony outgrowth from the distal end of the radius on volar aspect. It is directed away from the wrist. Size of the lesion is about 9 x 5 x 5 mm. It is covered with an anechoic cartilage (4 x 4 x 2 mm). Lesion abutts pronator quadratus muscle. Flexure digitorum profundus tendons are mildly elevated by the lesion. The median nerve is away from the lesion.
