Distal radio-ulnar joint instability

25 year old male patient complaining of left wrist pain following lifting heavy object.

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Male

Dorsal displacement of the ulnar head relative to the sigmoid notch of the distal radius with non visualization of the palmar distal radio-ulnar ligament is noted.
