Presentation

Fall on pronated hand 6 weeks ago. Ulnar wrist pain, dorsal radioulnar joint subluxation.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Dorsal dislocation of the ulnar head and diffuse intermediate-signal mass at the volar distal RU joint capsule suggestive of scar (granulation tissue). The palmar RU ligament cannot be visualized.
