Age: 20
Gender: Female

The distal radioulnar joint is dislocated with dorsal displacement of the ulna relative to the radius. Carpal alignment is anatomical. No acute fracture identified.

Case Discussion

Isolated distal radioulnar joint dislocations are rare, and most commonly dislocates towards the dorsal surface of the wrist.
