Fall from bicycle.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Wrist radiographs

x-ray

Distal radioulnar joint dislocation with dorsal displacement of the ulna relative to the radius. There is a focal step within the distal radius cortex only seen on the oblique projection that may represent an intra-articular fracture. There is also a minimally displaced ulnar styloid process fracture. No evidence of carpal fractures.
