Dorsally angulated fractures of the distal radius and ulna.

Mild degenerative change at the scaphotrapeziotrapezoid joint.

Case Discussion

Distal radius and ulna fractures are common in elderly women with osteoporosis.

The scaphotrapeziotrapezoid joint (also known as the triscaphe joint, or simply the STT joint), is commonly affected by degenerative change.
