There is a longitudinal incomplete fracture on the proximal radial epiphysis with intra-articular extension. No bone displacement. Diffuse joint effusion. Remainder bone structures are unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Bicycle falls are a common cause of wrist and forearm fractures. This case illustrate a simple incomplete fracture with intra-articular extension onto the distal radius, and prominent associated joint effusion.
