Minimally displaced intra-articular distal scaphoid fracture.  

Case Discussion

Scaphoid fractures should be described according to their location and displaced.  More proximal fractures are at a higher risk of non-union, with some going to develop a SNAC (scaphoid non-union advanced collapse) wrist.
