Wood fell on this morning on the right ankle. On exam: tenderness and mild swelling anterolateral aspect of right ankle and multiple superficial abrasions on both legs.

Distal tibial avulsed fracture

- An avulsed fracture at the anterolateral aspect of the right distal tibia is seen.
- No lytic or sclerotic lesion is seen.
- Mild cavus foot is seen.
- Soft tissue shadows appear mildly swollen.
