A 40×28 mm enhancing soft tissue density mass with a small focus of calcification is present at the distal of the left ureter that involves the left ureterovesicle junction, causing left sided severe hydroureteronephrosis and renal parenchymal atrophic changes.
A few non enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
