Hand swelling.

Gender: Male
Modality: X-ray

No focal abnormality is identified, however note the very extensive disuse osteopaenia particularly prominent around the joints. 

Case Discussion

This 30 year old male has been a quadriplegic for a number of years after a cervical fracture-dislocation.
