Hand swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

No focal abnormality is identified, however note the very extensive disuse osteopenia particularly prominent around the joints.

This 30 year old male has been a quadriplegic for a number of years after a cervical fracture-dislocation.
