Large ill-defined lesion containing air and fluid is seen in the left lumbar and left iliac fossa regions displacing the surrounding bowel loops associated with adjacent bowel loop wall thickening and smudged mesenteric fat planes. Evidence of sigmoid colon diverticulosis is also noted.
