Distal colonic diverticulosis, accompanied by segmental wall thickening at the distal descending and sigmoid colon with surrounding fat stranding. No intra-abdominal free air or collections are noted.
Small amount free fluid is present in pelvis, especially at the posterior cul-de-sac.
