Dorsal dermal sinus with filum terminale lipoma

Dorsal dermal sinus tract at the lumbosacral region, extending from the skin surface to the spinal canal through a widened L5-S1 interspinous space. The conus medullaris terminates at L2/3 intervertebral disc level (considered as a normal variant) with a filum terminale lipoma.
