Presentation
Persistent radial-sided wrist pain since a fall 2 years ago. Last 3 months have experienced increasing weakness of the wrist and reduced grip strength. Positive Watson test.

Triangular configuration of the lunate and widening of the scapholunate interval. The lateral projection demonstrates dorsal tilt of the lunate with increased scapholunate angle. The capitolunate angle appears normal.
Case Discussion
The radiographic findings indicate DISI which is secondary to chronic rupture of the scapholunate ligament.
