Severe thoracic hyperkyphosis.
Case Discussion
Hyperkyphosis is a term related to abnormal curvature of the spine, it is a common finding in elderly patients and may be associated with osteoporosis. Spinal pain and stiffness, with limited movement, may be present, as well as important postural changes.
